Paul and Sue Gustitus live in Indianapolis and have four grown children all serving the Lord. Paul has been in full time ministry for 20 years and serving together as a partner church with DOVE Christian Fellowship International. Paul has led the church through a successful transition to a cell-based church ministry and started a network of cell churches in the Indianapolis area. He is also the author of "Destination Cell Church: Keys to Successful Transition."  

Bill and his wife, Diane have attended ICF since 1978. Bill became Assistant Pastor in 1990, and has worked primarily with the youth programs, cells and technology ministry. Bill has been active in the Perry Township Pastoral Counseling ministry to the local middle and high schools. Diane has worked in our preschool ministries. They have five children and four grandchildren.
